    • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 4 cups cooked couscous
    • 1/3 cup sliced green olives
    • 1/4 cup chopped dates, dried apricots, or golden raisins
    • 2 cloves garlic
    • 1 cup flat-leaf parsley
    • 1/2 cup tahini
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
    • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
