    • 1 lb boneless (skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces)
    • 1/2 cup orange juice
    • zest of 1 orange
    • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce (Tamari for gluten free)
    • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
    • 1 garlic clove (minced)
    • 3 tbs white vinegar
    • 1 tbs fresh ginger (grated)
    • 1 tbs cornstarch
    • 1 tbs canola oil
    • 1 bunch of green onions (chopped (optional))
